HOA Assessment Payments Methods – Beginning January 2022

Effective January 2022, if you currently pay through the CIT Bank’s website (www.propertypay.cit.com) you will need to contact them to cancel any recurring payments you previously set up for January 2022 and beyond. You can reach them using one of the following methods: Call: 1-866-351-5646 Email: servicec-propertypay@cit.com.

New Bank info:

To set up payment with Alliance Bank go to https://pay.allianceassociationbank.com and select “Setup Account” under “New Users” to get started.

In order to make an online payment you will need the following information:
• Management Company ID: 3063
• Association ID: 100
• Your Association Account Number, which can be found on your monthly coupons above your name.

If you personally mail in your assessment payment using a payment coupon and envelope from your coupon book, the new address in Las Vegas for mailing the payment will already be reflected on the coupon. However, if you mail in your payment without a payment coupon you will need to address the envelope to the new lockbox location in Las Vegas listed below (please include your account number in the memo section).
