Happen to deal with this first hand in recent days. Had my sprinkle damaged during recent lawn maintenance. Below are the details on how steps you to take to have this addressed via our landscape company.
Resolution: Sent email to Nick and Cory. (Really appreciate your quick and prompt response even though it was on a HOA holiday).

The response time from the landscape team was equally commending. They showed up in two days, fixed in jiffy without a need to explain much.
